It's the little things that matter. I've used Tranquility for 10 years now, ever since our furnace and ac were installed. Everytime I book a service appointment, they are always on time and get the job done correctly the first time. And today's emergency booking was done very quickly and in the same day. Fortunately it wasn't too serious an electrical switch failure. But Scott had it replaced quickly and we are back in service on one of the hottest days of the year. As for price, they are fair for the quality work performed.

We had a situation that needed to be fixed before installation and their team was sent out within 2 days to work on it. They showed up when they said they would. Prepped and cleaned up the area after. Work was completed within the estimated time frame as well. Would recommend them to anyone in the Durham region!

Lisa MyersTodd and the team were great. The AC unit in my house was 30 years old and stopped working. Todd went to my house right as scheduled and gave me a quote for replacing it. I chose to install a Trane unit because of its' good reputation. The final price was pretty good thanks to the promotion. The technicians, Josh and Johnny, who did the installation were also nice and efficient. The new AC unit runs smoothly so far. I recommend Tranquility Home Comfort if you need a Trane AC unit.

Though another company did the original HVAC install on my home when it was constructed, I have been a customer of Tranquility Home Comfort for more than 7 years now. I have appreciated their attention to customer service, whether for routine maintenance, appliance replacement, or as most recently a problem with the central A/C. Their response to urgent problems is timely, including same day appointments. Their technicians and staff are respectful, efficient, and willing to answer questions. Peter and the team at Tranquility saved the day when our air conditioner failed two summers ago. We have subsequently purchased heating and air conditioning products and services for our new home. We have extended the Tranquility family to our family; My parents are now active customers too!
