It's the little things that matter. I've used Tranquility for 10 years now, ever since our furnace and ac were installed. Everytime I book a service appointment, they are always on time and get the job done correctly the first time. And today's emergency booking was done very quickly and in the same day. Fortunately it wasn't too serious an electrical switch failure. But Scott had it replaced quickly and we are back in service on one of the hottest days of the year. As for price, they are fair for the quality work performed.

Was referred to Todd by a colleague and was not disappointed. Response time was quick, follow up was great, service guys were great, after installation follow up was great! We had a situation that needed to be fixed before installation and their team was sent out within 2 days to work on it. They showed up when they said they would. Prepped and cleaned up the area after. Work was completed within the estimated time frame as well. Would recommend them to anyone in the Durham region!

Tranquility Home Comfort helped me through my emergency with my tankless water heater. They were supportive, and ensured I had fast service. Not to mention any names but we had the Triple J team install our air con and my furnace. They were professional ,courteous and very skilled at installing our trane furnace and air conditioner. When the job was completed they took us through and explained everything they had done, what to expect out of both units and how they operated. They were patient while we asked questions and they were very polite in answering them. From Peter who sold us our new Trane units to the triple J team, I would highly recommend not only this company but these four gentlemen as their customer service and their efficient installation was most appreciated.
